Sly Weller in Identity Confusion

Who said this,

“Stabilise. Revitalise. Grow”,

Here's a clue. It was said in 2003 by a leading media executive.

Now, next question. Who said this,

"Stabilise. Revitalise. Grow". It was said by a leading media executive in 2009.

Thats one mystery solved. Sly Bailey is Tim Weller in drag. Or possibly the other way around.

I think Tim's comments are very sensible. I do love the gloss on it though - our senior lenders see the value in the business so have invested in it. Surely more a case of is there only way to get their cash back?

Still, sure i would be saying the same thing in Tim's situation.

It is a fair cop, I have been busted. To be honest I thought I had half inched ‘Stabilise, Revitalise, Grow from the wonderful Stevie Spring. Now I know I got that wrong, but to say I am Sly in drag is very unfair and insulting to her, poor Sly she will be deeply offended!!. Anyway as I have always said to my team “Creativity is great, plagiarism is faster” so another question I should have asked is “What ideas can we beg, steal, borrow or adopt from our competition and just do them better..”

I still need convincing. Have you and Sly ever ben seen in the same room at the same time? Can it be a conincidence that Sly Bailey and Tim Weller contain the same number of letters? Or that an anagram of Sly Bailey is "I balls ye!" and an anagram of Tim Weller is "Me well rite!" There are too many hidden messages here for there to be nothing in this hypothesis. ;-)

I am sure you will be hoping that your version of stabilise, revitalise and grow gets past stabilise. It sometimes seems as though Trinity Mirror is only ever in a constant round of closures and cost cutting.

Thanks for dropping by.
